2018 Semi-Final Round of 4th THAILPGA-SAT: Yubol still leads but with a bigger gap

Arpichaya Yubol stepping up the leading game as she fires two under-pars 70 at Royal Hua Hin Golf Course. 

After 2 years of career life, Yubol get closer to her first victory. She succeed her aim she mentioned yesterday, by collecting under-pars (35-35).  The 15 years-old is the only ‘under-pars’ by swings the lowest score of the tournament and achieves Best of the Day prize (4,000 THB).  Leader shared:

“At hole 17, I think I made a mistake to choose a putt for off-green. But overall there were more of captivating shot such as hole 14 which my brother suggested chipping and it’s a birdie. I’m pretty satisfied with the results and my caddie (her brother), he’s a great caddie and supporter. I will stay in my game to finish the tournament with total of three under-pars. “

Meanwhile, most of first round runner-ups scattered while Paulinee Del Rosario stays. She shot an over-par (37-35) and behind by 2 strokes. On the other hands, amateur leader changes to Napabhach Boon In who scores an under-pars today and jumps to eighth.

For the semi-final round, the leader group consists of: Arpichaya Yubol; Paulinee Del Rosario; Supakchaya Pattaranakrueang.
 Their tee-off will be at hole 1 @8.10am and the rewarding ceremony will be held @1pm.
